Week 1: Setting the Foundation

Creating your Performance Success Mindset

This week you will learn practical tools and strategies that will set the foundation for the rest of the course. These include cultivating your personal success mindset, overcoming limiting beliefs, taking ownership of your life, scientifically proven methods for increasing well-being, and much more.Week 2: Cultivating the Space for your Life to Thrive

Exploring the Intersection of Stoicism >><< Science

This week is designed to help men reflect on their values, explore historical concepts that lead to a more impactful life, learn techniques to scientifically enhance focus, and dive into personal practices to reduce reliance on instant gratification and improve overall well-being.

Week 3: Finding Flow

Masterclass in the Science and Application of the Peak Performance State: FLOW

This week, we will dive deep into peak performance flow states  - what they are, how to induce them, how to exit them, the science behind them, and much more. You'll learn practical techniques for getting into flow and how to identify individual optimal times to do so, as well as gain a deeper understanding of the neurobiology and psychology of this elusive and highly sought-after state of mind.

Week 4: Unlocking Your Potential

Obliterating Obstacles that Block Success

This week covers the essential tools and strategies to overcome obstacles blocking flow and the achievement of success in personal and professional life. It includes success hygiene, positive psychology, and techniques to overcome overwhelm, distraction, self-sabotage, time management, stress, lack of clarity, purpose, confidence, and more!

Week 5: Embodying Masculinity

A Deep Dive into the Male Psyche

This week will explore all facets of masculinity, using a range of archetypes, stories, soft and hard skills, and more. Through gaining clarity on important personal definitions, men can take actionable steps to understand better and embody what true masculinity means to them in their own lives. Men will gain a deeper understanding of their role in society and will have developed practical skills to navigate the complexities of masculinity in a positive and empowering way.

 

Week 6: Building Lasting Legacies

Combating Complacency with Resilience, Grit, and Perseverance

This final week explores the concepts of personal legacy, grit, perseverance, resiliency, and ceremony. Men will engage in reflective activities, discussions, and exercises to gain a deeper understanding of the material to continue the momentum of the positive effort from the course.
